Since I moved into the New York area over two years ago I have found that my social circle has enlarged dramatically. And now I regularly get invited to dinner parties and barbecues, and I now feel that it is time that I started to put on some of my own events. I have therefore been looking into the possibility of purchasing a portable bar that I could use for these functions.
The problem is I do not really know how much use I would get out of having a portable system. It may be a better idea is to set a table out with bottles. Although I suppose this will look a bit low-key for some of the dinner parties, it would be perfectly okay for the barbecues. Therefore I am thinking that maybe the best option would be to build bar inside the house, and just use a table outside when necessary.
